Located on the first floor of Base Lodge, Granby Ranch Grill is the place to meet up with friends and family. The restaurant features a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and outdoor patio with magnificent views of ski runs in the winter, and mountain biking trails in the summer.

Menu offerings are moving from pizza and pastas to also including chicken, fresh fish, wild game, and steaks. Chef's favorites? The dry-aged 14-ounce New York strip with demi-glace, and the seafood grill of scallops, salmon, and shrimp in a lemon-buerre blanc.  Dishes include more locally sourced ingredients, including Colorado lamb, local produce and micro-greens, with plans in the works to add Grand County–raised organic, grass-fed beef.
