April Stahl began her real estate career in 2000 after she graduated from Augustana College and joined her father, Dale Schossow, at the Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village assisting in selling high-end new construction. April spent several years in onsite sales at both the Buell Mansion in Cherry Hills Village and, most recently, The Golf Club at Ravenna, a private resort-lifestyle community just southwest of Denver. At the Golf Club at Ravenna, April was responsible for negotiating and successfully closing over one-third of all developer lots to date and played a lead role in the branding and marketing of the community, as well as, each individual custom home site and residential property. Year after year, April studied the real estate luxury market, compiled statistics and prepared yearly sales reports for the developer and her clients focusing on historical home sales, trends, averages and forecasts. Her broad understanding of the real estate market brings value to each transaction and ultimately to her clients.
