Bluebird Bistro features fresh locally sourced ingredients all prepared in our style of “Modern Mountain Cuisine.” Between the amazing burgers, brick-fired pizzas, and a selection of barbecue items from the Pit Smoker, you are sure to find the perfect meal after a day on the mountain. Bluebird will be closing on 3/30/25 to take a break during mud season. They will be opening again on May 1st with fresh vibes and fresh food!
