Bluebird Bistro features fresh locally sourced ingredients all prepared in our style of “Modern Mountain Cuisine.” Between the amazing burgers, brick-fired pizzas, and a selection of barbecue items from the Pit Smoker, you are sure to find the perfect meal after a day on the mountain. Bluebird is open 11am-8pm daily, except for Thanksgiving where Bluebird will be open 11am-5pm.
