Chef Liana Aghajanian has been cooking professionally for over 15 years. Originally trained in California under Chef Evan Treadwell, she now brings her culinary passion to Granby Ranch. A lifetime of world travel has greatly influenced her culinary passion and expertise and brings exquisite flavors to Granby Ranch from around the world. Combining locally sourced ingredients such as Fitch Ranch Beef, Mystic Mountain Mushrooms, River Bear American Meats, and many more, with her immense passion for cooking, the result is nothing short of outstanding. Chef Liana prides herself on her flexibility with dietary restrictions and unique menus.
