GRANBY, CO, March 17^th, 2021 – Granby Ranch Resort announced today that due to favorable snow conditions the winter 2020-21 season will be extended to Sunday, April 11^th.

“The combination of mother nature and the hard work of our great team has us making this decision for the benefit of pass holders, the skiing and riding community here in Grand County, and all our customers,” commented General Manager Jace Wirth.

Granby Ranch Resort also unveiled its winter 2021-22 season passes, which can be used for the balance of the 2020/21 season if purchased now.

“We had such great interest this year. We’re very glad to offer not only this year’s pass rate for next year, but also to make those passes available for skiing right now,” added Wirth. “With late season snowfall putting skiing top of mind, we felt it was a great way to share the spring experience.”

Season passes start at $399 for adults. Kids 5 & under ski for free, and special season pass rates still exist for juniors, teens and seniors unlike many other resorts. A winter season pass will also get you complimentary access to night skiing and uphill. The best prices for 2021/22 passes can be achieved by buying passes now through Sunday, April 11^th.

“This past year has been a tough one for the industry, but it has taught us that being together with your family at the affordable, local hill has never been more important,” noted Wirth. “Teaching kids and having fun is easy at a mountain like Granby Ranch, and we are excited to offer everyone an inexpensive way to get out and up to the mountains next winter.”

Granby Ranch is located 90 miles west of Denver and three miles away from the town of Granby, Colorado. Granby Ranch features nearly 1,000 feet of vertical and nearly 900 acres of skiable terrain for all ability levels. The ski resort features two mountains, and 41 snowy trails can be accessed via the resort’s five chairlifts. The East Mountain is perfect for beginners and intermediates and is accessed by two high speed quad chairlifts. Granby Ranch’s West Mountain appeals to the advanced skier or snowboarder where all adventures start on the Conquest chairlift.
