Create unforgettable snow-filled memories at Granby Ranch this winter. Nordic skiing, fat biking, and snowshoeing are available on designated Nordic trails, but not on downhill runs inside of the ski area boundary.
We have two Nordic events hosted at Granby Ranch this Winter, including the Ranch 2 Ranch Trek on February 8th & 9th and the Grand Nordic Skate Race on February 15th, 2025.
Granby Ranch’s golf course trails offer a unique, picturesque experience. Skiers can traverse the manicured fairways and greens, enjoying the crisp winter air and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This ticket is to access our Golf Trail System between 8am-5pm. Access to Nordic trails does NOT include lift access.
The East Peak trails at Granby Ranch Ski Resort cater to skiers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros. The well-maintained trails wind through pristine forests and open meadows, providing a diverse range of terrain for skiers to explore. Whether you’re seeking a leisurely glide through gently rolling hills or a more challenging ascent to higher elevations, the East Peak trails deliver a Nordic skiing experience that is both invigorating and visually stunning.
Yes! Skiers and riders this year will notice new improvements at the Slopeside Dining Hall, a new 400′ Sunkid covered carpet lift and expanded beginner terrain.
Yes. Granby Ranch is the perfect mountain to bring beginners/first timers, as well as intermediate and advanced skiers who’d like to perfect their skills.
Yes. There are many short-term rental units and houses available at or near the mountain from major providers.

Yes. We have two separate, free parking areas, all within walking distance of the slopes. A third overflow lot on busy days is also available, featuring shuttle service.

No. However, we require helmets for all ski and ride school lessons.

Ski bikes with restraint devices or that are designed to fall over are permitted on the Quick Draw Express. Presently, we are studying the feasibility of ski bikes on our other lifts. Please have patience as we responsibly navigate this exciting and quickly growing sport!
