1. Granby Ranch has very beginner friendly terrain. Guests can start out at our small magic carpet, perfect for people who have maybe never been on skis or maybe never even have seen snow! Then, there is a larger magic carpet they can ride after “graduating” from the smaller carpet. It ensures that all students have a comfortable progression on snow. 

2. Everything leads back to the base area, so you can’t get lost! If a student goes up Quick Draw, all trails lead back to the main base so parents can keep easy track of their kids. 

3. Our instructors are incredibly passionate about learning and are extremely friendly. They love to teach people how to ski. 

4. We keep our group class sizes small, so that instructors can focus on every individual and give them the attention they need to progress. 

5. Granby Ranch Ski and Ride School prioritizes training for their instructors. Over the last 2 winter seasons, Granby Ranch SRS has had a 100% pass rate on all Professional Ski Instructors of America examinations.
